I started Ireland’s National Declutter Day in 2011 and the event has changed and grown a lot since then. We’re now in the 5th year of International Declutter Day, and this year it’s on Saturday 19th September 2020.
This yearly event has inspired many people around the world to declutter, some for the first time in their lives, and really embrace the concept. This win-win event encourages you to:
- Declutter to feel good and benefit yourself and your loved ones
- Donate, give, reuse or recycle your unwanted items to help your favourite people, groups or charities as well as our beautiful environment
